Meet Jhoey
Forward Support was founded by Jhoanna Marie Alvarez or "Jhoey", an experienced Executive Assistant, Project Manager, and Marketing Professional with years of experience supporting entrepreneurs, executives, and growing businesses.
Throughout her career, Jhoey has worked behind the scenes helping businesses stay organized, coordinate projects, improve systems, manage marketing initiatives, and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.
What started as providing executive support evolved into something bigger.
She recognized that many business owners weren't simply looking for a Virtual Assistant. They were looking for a reliable partner who could bring structure, consistency, and peace of mind to their business.
That realization became the foundation of Forward Support.
